By downloading, installing, or using PipPoopie ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Medical Disclaimer

PipPoopie is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The App provides informational insights about diaper contents based on AI analysis. These insights are intended for educational and tracking purposes only. Always consult your pediatrician or healthcare provider for medical concerns about your child.

PipPoopie should never be used as a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. If you believe your child has a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

Use of the App

You agree to:

Use the App only for its intended purpose of baby health tracking
Provide accurate information when creating your account
Keep your account credentials secure
Not attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the App
Not use the App for any unlawful purpose

Subscription and Payments

PipPoopie offers both free and premium (Pro) subscription tiers. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing to PipPoopie Pro:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PipPoopie - including the Pip mascot, design elements, and AI analysis algorithms - are owned by PipPoopie and protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App (diaper logs, notes, photos). Photos are sent securely to Google AI for analysis only and are not stored on our servers. By using the family sharing feature, you grant shared access to designated team members.

Limitation of Liability

PipPoopie is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any medical decisions made based on the App's analysis or suggestions. In no event shall PipPoopie be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. legal@pippoopie.com.
